1. Introduction

Welcome to Midas AI.  Migrate2uknow.com is the product of Midas AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, which include profile management for jobs, interview training services and courses. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

• Interview preparation, job profile management: Preparing you for the job interviews and getting you interview calls.

• Career counseling.

• IELTS classes

• Personal development classes

• University admission

• Job placements in India & abroad

3. Service Agreements

• Each service will be provided under a separate service agreement or contract.

• The agreement will detail the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

• Changes to the scope of work may require a new agreement or an amendment to the existing one.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.

• Payments should be made as outlined in the invoice provided.

• Late payments may result in service interruptions or additional fees.

• All payment disputes should be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of intellectual property will be as defined in the service agreement.

• We retain the right to use general knowledge and skills acquired during the project, excluding proprietary client information.

6. Confidentiality

• We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information.

• Confidential information includes all business, financial, technical, and proprietary information.

• We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service causing the liability.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• We are not responsible for any expenses incurred during the interview or course.

 

8. Termination & Cancellation 

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, as specified in the service agreement.

• Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid immediately.

• We may terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms of the agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through negotiation.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions, government policies.
